Is't possible to enable an option so that flight bookings can only be request through the api xml?

Yes, but I would like that the booking can only be done from the API, and it is not possible for pilots to book flights directly through the fsairlines website.
In our case, we have custom developed pre-validations that allows if a route can be booked or not, but there are pilots that can avoid this validation by booking directly on the fsa website.
It would be an option to restrict the booking of flights only through the API.
