Did you check the route to make sure there are no limitation assigned to it? Very bottom of the route page you can limit pax and/or cargo.

Verify your route has passenger and cargo limits checked for "no limit"

I think much of it has to do with your airlines reputation, I see four crashes in the last dozen flights, this has dropped your reputation to 40% compared to 120% for most established airlines.
In the flight booking system there are functions that compares the standard ticket price * your reputation and compares that to your flights ticket price. The higher your ticket price is in comparison the fewer passengers you will get until you don't get any.
