Hi All
Just wondering if apart from the FSA awards, is there an option to create additional awards for one`s VA within FSA ??
We have some Tours and I was wondering how to reward my Pilots for it
Apologies if this has been asked before
Thx Guys

Re: Airline Tour awards
I am pretty sure that has not been asked before. I am not sure how it would work or how much use other airlines would get out of it, would they be manually awarded by a member of the airline?
I've sworn an oath of solitude until the pestilence is purged from the lands.

Hi Joe
Yes I would think they would be manually awarded by the CEO of a VA
I`m thinking along the lines of FSA creating a kind of a "blank" award, one which can be modified by text and/or picture by a person within that VA with the authority to submit the award to his pilots..
Not sure if this would be possible ??
I for one would definitely make use of such a "Blank" award
Thx

Re: Airline Tour awards
We post awards in a couple of ways:
1) take the total the pilot has generated income wise flying the tour and divide it by the current "currency exchange rate" to tip him and give him that amount. This means of course the airline's net income at year end is 0 for the flights in question but who cares. Most established airlines have cash o'plenty on hand.
2) Post "Certificate of Achievement" or trophies on our websites.

A few minutes with photoshop or paint.net and you can create an award to post on your VA website easy.
It's not the actual award itself that makes pilot chest puff out but the fact you took time to post it. Like Mom putting drawing from school on the fridge.
