Site Update Beta
Hi Flyers,
I have been hard at work finishing up a site update that DaKurt started some months back. Take a look at beta.fsairlines.net and let me know what you think and if you find any problems.

Not many pilot have commented on this so I am moving it to a different section where it might be noticed. If you see any problems (and i'm sure there is at least one) please comment here or make a support ticket.

Hi Joe!
I saw a few bugs
1. Resizing. My work pc have resolution 1280x1024. The right edge of the page:
At biggest resolutions all ok
2. Ladder. I know, this is new feature, and I do not know exactly how it should work, but arrows in Trend column in the wrong direction:

The size was actually caused by your airlines mission statements that had very long lines of ***************** and ------------- that forced the window larger. On the current site the page is fixed width so they wrapped, the new site is variable width so the content (those lines) made it larger. But that exposed a different problem, the full mission statement is not supposed to show unless you press the 'read more' link and that was not working, now it is.
On the ladder, it was a feature that DaKurt was working on before I took over the facelift project, the numbers make no sense to me and since it's not critical to the facelift I will disable it until DaKurt gets back to it (or tells me what it's supposed to do).

Hi Joe,
Just noticed your post about the beta. Looks pretty good, I think, at first glance.
Thanks for your efforts!
Cheers,
Scott

Hey Joe,
in the logbook the map is not centered and the width is fixed:
and is this normal like that?
Thank you and keep up the good work!

Thomas, I will try to center that map, we are trying to make the report variable width and it does look a bit strange when very wide, will continue to tweak it but not sure what would be better than the current solution

Re: Site Update Beta
Things are looking pretty good, unless some major issues show up I will probably release it this weekend.

Re: Site Update Beta
Hey Joe just some problems i discovered:
1. i don't how you put the image, but some image of profile for example this:
which got almost the entire page.
2. another thing is that in the table which shows the flight report , yellow line is for training flights, but ur style of striped table covered the yellow style , so normally :
became this:
thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Hi Joe.
The new site looks pretty good. Thank you.
Please, can you take a look at the flight status buttons?
