CIA Passengers?

I wasn't aware we had people from the CIA flying on our planes:

3B Cristiano Crowell 4/17/1955 Langley / US

Also note, there is no gender.

Maybe he's a mechanic for the 1st Fighter Wing or assigned to the Headquarters of the US Air Force's Air Combat Command, also located at Langley. :)
