Imagine Airways

Post by savagegrave » Tue Sep 22, 2009 12:02 pm

Hello

I know ive already posted a couple of times but thought I would introduce myself...

My name is Steve, am 29 from Surrey, England.

Imagine Airways currently has 2 hubs. Our main one being at Gatwick (EGKK) where we operate to a varity of destinations that is constantly being updated. The other is Madrid. (LEMD) WHile madrid is our newest hub it currently comprises of 3 aircrafts that mainly cover most european destinations (again constantly being updated all the time)

We have our own dedicated Teamspeak and fshost servers for multiplayer events, ATC is also avialiable with the help of a program called radar screen that allows controllers to connect to fshost sessions. Anyone can use these services regardless of what airline they fly for, its more fun when the skies are filled with various airlines ;)

we currently have 16 aircraft in our fleet that covers a range from the ATR 72-500 up too the A380-800.

Imagine airways is a laid back airline, I dont beg pilots to fly as I belive its a hobby for everyone to enjoy. However frequent flying pilots have the option to request a personal registration or even their own dedicated plane either newly bought or alocated from our current fleet.

Our liverys cover the fsx standard and a range of payware products including PMDG and Wilco.

I'm also looking to build a management structure (Hub managers and flight directors) so if you would like to progress your career within the virtual aviation world Imagine airways would make a fantastic choice.

We have a new community forum site ( http://www.imagine-airways.com ) and our main site ( http://www.imagine-airways.co.uk )

Thanks for you time in reading this.

just a quick update Ive now moved operations to Heathrow UK, and consequently have closed LEMD (Madrid). If you would like to fly for us you can either apply via our website or through the normal FSA website.

If a seasoned pilot or a semi established new member would like to fly from another location I'm more than happy to negotiate payrates for the hub manager position ;) and also happy to negotiate fleets within that airport.

Thanks

Steve

We are still in need of pilots

Post by savagegrave » Sun Oct 04, 2009 3:56 am

Hiya everyone :D

Just to let you all know we are still in need of pilots, hub managers, flight directors! also I am looking for a new co-ceo. I am slowley expanding this airline, and will hopefully become more successful than I've made it to date!.

There are no rules within the airline regards to flying as such, other than afew flights per month!. Regular promotions, pay rises will be given to very successful pilots. I offer some basic training and will hopefully start to host more events on our fshost servers.

While we have a modest fleet containing 1x 747-400 for trans atlantic work, and an A380-800, A340-600 for long hauling to places such as Hong Kong and Singapore I'm more than willing to accomodate other routes for these heavies for piltos wishing to use them!

At the moment the airline currently operates domestic and european rotes out of our main hub at heathrow airport UK. There are several flights per day to places such as alicante, madrid, lanzarote, tenerife.

For the pilot who likes shorter routes we operate to edinbugh, glasgow, manchester aswell as paris, frankfurk, brussels and munich. These routes can be altered and changed to work around potential pilots requests and requirements.

So if you would like to fly for a laid back airline, or have any questions about what I have to offer then please pm me :)

Thanks for your time

Just a quick update:

I'm happy to recover any travel expenses new/seasoned pilots may have to spend to either join us or when you travel to another location.

Pay is going to be increased to 30% starting wages, and up to 50% for top management.

The fleet is slowley being expanded and will be recieving another 747 at the w/e. If you want a varied choice of aircrafts to fly then Imagine Airways is your airline!. Training on payware is also availiable on request.

Can I also remind pilots that there is no pressure on flight hours, however frequent promotions will be granted to pilots who exceed expectations within the airline.

having read this post, it got me to thinking: (http://www.fsairlines.net/forum/viewtop ... =11&t=6754)

basically I created this airline as I was tired of flying for other VA's and just wasting away with the amount of time I dedicate to my passion for Flight Simulator.... Having gotten caught up in trying to advertise this airline to the world I somewhat lost the "passion in flying" so basically could an admin remove this thread and others by myself promoting services provided by Imagine Airways..

Basically If you wanna fly along side me you will, I cant force you, nor will I continue to try and concinve pilots too... We all have our reasons on why we fly and tbh it doesnt matter if years on from now, Imagine Airways along with its fleets and destinations only has me as a pilot, as its something I enjoy doing.....

Thanks

Hi Steve,
Make an AI Traffic file for your fleet and then all your flights get flown each and every day,you dont get paid for these flights but at least when you fly into your home airport you dont feel as if you are on your own.

Recruitment Add

Post by savagegrave » Tue Oct 27, 2009 6:51 am

Are you bored of being told how many hours to fly? Bored of your CEO not listning to your ideas? Then read below:

Imagine Airways is an airline that allows pilots to fly when they want on a no pressure approach. Our main hub is Heathrow London, and a smaller but quickly expanding hub at John F Kennedy (JFK) in the US.

We currently have Management vacancies available for pilots wishing to try something different, aswell as unlimited positions for pilots who simply want to fly at there own pace and lesuire.

Imagine Airways will assign aircraft if requested and even paint a personal registration if required. Want a different hub? No problem... We like pilots to use their imagination and will strive to make most of your requests and wishes come true :)

Maybe your a CEO that wants to expand your operations? Imagine Airways is also looking for partnerships to help expand routes and fleet access too!

Happy Flying

Hiya

Just to let you know that I'm still looking for new/seasoned pilots to join this airline :)

Ideas for hub locations, fleet alocations will be taken on bored, I'm still also looking for a managment team for those wishing to try something new than just flying.

While Imagine Airways is new, and is a "one man band" i'm not giving up, its an airline that will be here hopefully growing for a long time!

I'm open to partnership requests also and code-sharing for airlines that would like to do this!

While I'm not going to offer the world, I can offer a free jar of Virtual Marmite to our pilots as you either like us or hate us :)

Take care everyone and have safe flights
