"My aircraft is late from maintenance/transfer"

Post by Quantum » Sun May 24, 2009 10:59 pm

Hi Guys,

The script that returns your aircraft from maintenance/transfers runs once an hour and will return all aircraft that were due to be returned in the hour prior to when the script runs. This means that your aircraft can be up to an hour late. If the elapsed time from due return is greater than an hour late then it is probable the script has 'stalled' and needs restarting which needs to be done by one of the developers.

If your aircraft is late returning but is still less than an hour late, please wait patiently.

If your aircraft is more than an hour late, please submit a support ticket.

Regards

hello John,

Im th CEO of Aurora Air Va. We use Fsairlines as our pilot report system. Yesterday (27th of May), we sent of our 747-400 and our A380-800 off for an A-check and was told that they would be returned to the virtual airline in 24hours. Unfortunatly, they were not returned and it is now approx. eight and a half hours after the delivery time and there is still no sign.

I hope you can help resolve the problem.

Thank you,

Philip Adams
CEO Aurora Air.

Hi,

One of the developers will have to kick start the script for the transfer/repairs, hopefully one will drop by soon.

Hi there, I'm having the same problem. A319 was due in from service 8 and a half hours ago. Hopefully will be rebooted soon :)

Hi

I have the same problem. A Boeing 737-800 (G-UBKK) was returned from a lease and is stuck in transfer. It was due to become available on May 26th but is still showing as "grounded".

hello John,

Still havn't gotten those aircraft returned to me from the A-check. Last night we tranferred one of our 767-300s from HESH>EGBB last night and was due back at 06:58 (transfer was made at 21:35) this morning, there is no sign of it either and it is now 18:37pm. Also, one of my pilots cancelled their flight earlier today and it never went through and the 747-400 which he booked is still catagorised as "booked". We have a 777-200LR which is due back this evening at 22:53pm. I hope this won't be delayed also.

I am requesting that you re-imburse us the money we payed for the maintenance because if these aircraft were back with us when they were DUE, we could've been making money rather than sitting around not flying these aircraft.

I eagerly await your reply,

Thank you,

Philip Adams

CEO Aurora Air virtual.
