Client 1.1.5 and MD11 PMDG
Hi all,
I have a problem with the MD11 PMDG. Whenever I fly, it goes up a flight cheat on the issue of fuel.
In the flights with the MD11 I spent fuel, without passing through any area refueling.
Would you happen to someone else?
Best regards,

Hi,
Some aircraft have been known to give a fuel problem/incompatability with FSA and it may be that this aircraft is one of them. Do you refuel using the simulator interface or do you have to refuel using a PMDG module?
Regards
John

I hope have helped

Hi,
OK, try changing your client options. Select options and untick 'use simple fuelling method'. Save the changes. Now, when you open the client and select fly, the client will read and insert the fuel figures that are loaded in all the individual tanks. Alter the fuel as you require and you will see the total fuel change in the left hand side of the client. Adjust the fuel to where you want it. Once you are happy select 'Fuel up' and proceed to the next page. You will see the total fuel there and how much you have added. Make a note of the total fuel and then when you start your flight and select 'fly' make sure the figure in the client matches what you are expecting. Keep an eye on this figure during your flight and after you have landed to ensure the fuel is reading correctly. Whilst in flight DO NOT select 'Control + X' if the flight sim sends you the message that you are getting low on fuel in the selected tanks. If you get the message then you should change fuel tanks using the fuel switches of your aircraft.
Regards
John

Hi John,
In the two screenshots that I can see that does not coincide with the initial fuel that is loaded into the system.
Any help?
Many thanks, and regards

Hi,
I think I have the solution.
If I put mannually the number of liters fuel in the menu PMDG FUEL, the block of fuel used is normal.
This is a manual solution, but It works!
Thanks!

Hi Jose,
So let me get this correct :-
1) If you refuel PMDG manually through the PMDG refuelling menu and then start the client, the client detects the correct fuel loaded on the aircraft ?
2) If you try and change the fuel on the PMDG using the client, the PMDG does not show the correct fuel that the client tried to load?
Regards
John

Re: Client 1.1.5 and MD11 PMDG
Hi John,
I answer you:
1) If you refuel PMDG manually through the PMDG refuelling menu and then start the client, the client detects the correct fuel loaded on the aircraft ?
Yes, detect the amount of fuel. If I put 6000 kg in refuelling menu of PMDG, the client read this 6000 kg.(I attach some screenshoot)
2) If you try and change the fuel on the PMDG using the client, the PMDG does not show the correct fuel that the client tried to load?
No, the PMDG refuelling dont recognises the new amount of fuel from the client.
Regards and thanks!!! I hope have helped

Hi,
Thankyou, I'm sure other users of the PMDG will find this helpful. Might I suggest you still change your client refuelling option so that it is not in simple mode, there does still look to be a slight discrepancy there.
Regards
John
