Aircraft witout VA control..

We have a little problem with one Boeing 757 /SP-PLE/ in our Airlines /Poland Cargo id 5455/
In spite of it that aircraft flies as filed, It does not bring revenues for VA and pilot haven't salary after flight. It issues that everything there is all right but cash office disagrees. Our pilot leads aircraft, it flies according to our plan but we do not earn on it. Who so,?

We ask for intervention in this case
