Your own personal edification.
That's the best way of putting it too. Basically, it's to give you something to spend your personal money on if you don't want to save up to buy personal aircraft.

For nothing else?
For example of car for driving between air ports, no buying ticket?

Why not to write a wishes list?
Is possible to have an Honda Goldwing into the bikes list?
Thanks

That wish list would be uselessly nice but NICE! Belongings is not an "active" part of flynet but a beautiful one giving a taste of reality by expanding our virtual airlines world. I wish it would keep offering more spending opportunities.

In my opinion these things give nothing

As "Tevye" sung
....
There would be one long staircase just going up,
And one even longer coming down,
And one more leading nowhere, just for show.
.....
So those things just for fun and show.

Re: FlyNET; belongings-for what?
I know it's low on the totem pole but a user submitted area for additions to the "belongings" section would totally rock.
The user would first select category (perhaps a misc.. cat could be added)
The user could get a picture of the item to submit (with exact dimensions (lets say those are 50x50..I think I wouldnt be far off) and then submits a line of text for it like "the ultimate home PC system for today's successfull CEO" etc etc
Then submits a price... all admins would have to do is accept (or deny) the item...
would this be possible?
