Codeshare bug maybe

Hello
I have received a message from the CEO of Travel With Friends where she says the system didn't give a pax bonus for a codeshared flight (9Z 0111/MER to be exact) it reads "No Pax-Bonus given due to Codeshare-conflict."
When checking the partnerships page I couldn't see any conflict routes

Travel With Friends
Codeshare routes 24
Conflict routes 0

Also, the flight (and its return) is clearly visible among those 24 codeshared routes.

I think it is a bug in the database!

I try to explain: First of all I created a route between MKJP and KJFK and then I read in the partnership section it was a codeshare conflict due to the fact I got this same route by my partner (was my fault, have forgotten this). After that I deleted the route so no conflict was to be seen in the partnership section. But when I booked that route I got no PAX-Bonus due to codeshare conflict.

This maybe a bug in the database where the deleted route was not erased.
Am I right?

Actually I'm not really sure myself, but please try it again, I changed something in the conflict-detection code.
