The FlyNET pilot client uses the FSUIPC module from Peter Dowson to interface with the simulator.
I don't think X plane uses this module. So unless Konny and DK write a whole new pilot client for X plane I would think it highly unlikely.

This is like trying to use linux instead windows... Most games are for windows so... linux rulez but no game... x-plane rulez but good games are just available for FS
