Buggy flight tracking

Hi,

one of our pilots just reported that the client didn't track a recent flight correctly. It reported a flighttime of 0 minutes and put the pilot back at the departure airport. I would like to have the flight deleted, since it cost my airline about 66 mill.

Is this possible?

The flight number is LHV104 (EDDF-RJAA), Pilot LHV103 (J. Biederbick Snowball), Date Jan 04 2008, 12:34.

I also marked the flight a cheated.
