Landing Gear

Post by wisemanp » Mon Feb 12, 2007 10:12 pm

I have recently bought an A319 new (G-CRAB), and it has now completed 3 flights- EGBB to LSGG (Geneva) and back, then to LEBL(Barca). It has a status now of 70 something percent , with the a/c diagram showing gear as orange, so I put it in maintainance. However, i checked with the pilot for the 2 geneva flights who said the landing was normal, and my LEBL landing was normal. Is this normal for modern aircraft, or was my pilot lying about his 2 landings?

He had to have done something wrong to get down to 70% with only 3 landings.

Its unfortunate that the decent rate is not recorded in the flight report.
