Re-fueling is still a problem

Good Evening

Re-fueling is still a problem just tried a min ago to "load" 10443 Kg, with ZERO fuel in the tanks, but when I select "Fly" in the FSA it then showed that I had 145123 Kg onboard.

I have been trying since 19h50 to load fuel, without any luck.

Hope you can solve the problem so that I will be able to fly tomorrow

when describing this type of issue, it is important you include as much information as possible. What Aircraft? What sim are you using? (FSX/XP/P3D) What client? (2.3.3 / current beta).

All the specs are:

Win 7 64 Home Edition, with FSX-SE and the aircraft was B777-200F / 77L, the client is v2.3.3

Since this fueling issue is really not connected to the seat configuration issue I split it into its own topic.

Whose 777 model were you using (captain sim? PMDG?,,,)

The beta client has a new 'read only' fueling method that may help prevent this from happening but I would like to figure out why this is happening. Please email me the clients debug file, I will PM you the instructions on how to do so.

Is there a reason to have the "simple fueling" method still in the Client? It seems to cause more problems when pilots use it. We have just put out a NOTAM it is not to be used at all in our airline.
