Two ways, first is in the platform select 'Premium Account' in the menu and then 'Renew Premium Account' from the options, Then renew with a different account type. The amount sill on your current account will be converted to the new account on an equal $ basis.
Second way, if you don't want to add any money to your account is to submit a support ticket asking for it.
