Hello everybody,
I see that the weight of each pax is 82kg... I think is too hight as the standards are much lower, and because of this in most of the long range flights we have problem on loading our aircrafts.
If there is a way can someone help me how to reduce them?

No, the standard is 77 kg plus 25kg of baggage, the briefing document has bugs and needs to be fixed. This is not going to help you load your AC, You may want to trade some of your economy seats for business or first class, that will lower your weight but keep the revenue up.
