same issue here, there is no way to send a ticket to Joe without logging in, so the forums is the only way for now.

I also have the same issue, and even though I tried a password reset from the forgotten password link on the login page, this also failed to allow my login using the newly emailed password

Just some few hours ago, my pilot were jokingly asking if there will be cancellations on our flight schedule in line with the virus, i told them there wont be any and that we should proceed as usual as we are the only airline left in operation to carry all these vPassengers. Well it looks like we are cancelling after all.
