XPUIPC interferes with X-Plane 11 weather [SOLVED]

Hi

I have noticed that XPUIPC creates a circular clear skies patch around starting airports. The latest version even increases visibility to max.

Of course this is not an issue with FSA but as FSA connects via XPUIPC some of you may have noticed this too.
Do you know if there is a way to prevent XPUIPC from adjusting the weather?

It seems the XPUIPC.ini file had Server Address set to 127.0.0.1
I changed it to 0.0.0.0. That has solved the problem (at least for the first test flight after the change)
This test was done with XPUIPC version 2.0.4.6
