Having an issue where the Client is not fueling up the iFly737NG. Just started recently.

Troubleshooting steps thus far:

Changed Client from Automatic to FSUIPC, restarted Client - same result
Changed Client from FSUIPC to SimConnect, restarted Client - same result
Full restart of computer, same result

Next step - download new clean client and install that.

New Client has solved the fuel problem but the sim crash after touchdown before I could log the first attempt at this flight, apparently the packages got delivered? None showing available in VA Packages and I had 20,000 of them from SJC to LAS. Now the new client will only load the balance of generic, thinking those packages are still on board when they are not.

I even tried cancelling the flight, paid the fee and rebooked, it only gives me a fraction of the cargo space available.
Closed the Client again, cancelled the flight, rebooked and took the only 441 pkg now available, started the Client and got a balanced load finally.

So it seems if you close the Client inadvertently after touchdown and/or your sim locks up (I have auto save off to avoid the pause problems) and you didn't get the flight logged, you just lost all those packages.... as they vanish from existence, not showing on the airplane or in the financials as delivered as no official flight was logged.

 Virtual Porch Pirates! "packages lost in transit"

the packages should not disappear until the flight is recorded. Now I was doing some debugging on packages that were not getting cleared and noticed there were a lot of very old packages still in aircraft, so I deleted all packages that were picked up before December 1 and not yet delivered, could this have been the cause?

Nope loaded them this morning, flew the flight, landed..... parked and then the sim froze and client disconnected......
Then I had the Client fueling issues
Then I discovered those 20,000 lbs of packages that were on board the 736 just vanished and not available back in KSJC either. Lost in the cracks, difference in two flights (out and back) was almost $800,000. We don't need the money but this is all for your information and debugging skills when you are bored with nothing to do ha ha ha ha ha yeah right.

Ok, I take responsibility, I was trying to delete packages that were still on aircraft in the market, but ended up deleting most of those on aircraft. Sorry.
