2.2.5 Client freeze up with Quality Wings 787

Just had a pilot report he lost a 1000 nm flight due to the 2.2.5 Client becoming "unresponsive" in Windows 10. He was running FSX-Steam Edition and the Quality Wings 787. Just curious if anyone else has ever has a client freeze.... I've never heard of it. Hopefully just a "one off" glitch.
