Hi,

Do ticket prices change the amount of passengers you will get or make any difference at all?
Or can you just set any price and earn lots each flight?

Airlines compete with each other for market share so if you are flying a popular route and have high prices, chances are high your planes will be mostly empty.

Other factors that affect passenger / cargo loads are the airline reputation value (120 is the highest) and your pilot reputation. People don't want to fly with airlines or pilots who crash a lot or can't find where they are going ....
