Code Sharing not bookable...

I can't book any flights from a code share. They don't even show up.
All the routes that have been offered have been accepted and have had aircraft assigned, and in the city where the flight originates there is an aircraft, but they don't show up when booking, is there something else that needs to be done. This wasn't a problem before, it started up just recently.
