Flights Penalized for Excess Weight in Landing in Cessna U206G Stationair 6 II

Greetings friends ...
Recently I have been doing flights with the Cessna U206G Stationair 6 II and I have noticed some details in the operational weights that entail that the flights are always penalized indicating that the maximum weight allowed for landing (MLW) has been exceeded.
FSAirlines' administrator friends have made the configuration and adjustment of weights in the aircraft database according to what Cessna-textron indicates in its website whose link I leave below:
http://cessna.txtav.com/en/piston/cessn ... odel-specs
According to the manufacturer, the aircraft has a MLW of 3600 lbs and MTOW of 3789 lbs despite the MRW of 3806 lbs, without leaving aside other references that indicate the MZFW of 3600 lbs:
https://www.globalair.com/aircraft-for- ... specid=748
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cessna_20 ... Cessna_206
For our purposes using FSA, if we adjust weight to MTOW of 3789 lbs, we will ALWAYS get an excess weight when landing, this happens even without arriving (also penalized) without fuel.
The other situation is that we adjust our load to the MZFW of 3600 lbs, if we add 100 lbs of fuel and consume 99 lbs, we will also be penalized for what we would be landing with 3601 lbs.
Given this situation, what can we do to avoid such penalties?
