Hi,
being a member of American International Airways, my profile is showing 288hrs,but i dont see any award ( missing 100hrs,250hrs).
I also have done more than 100.000nm ( 119.304 nm ), but i dont see that award,too .

Any help available ?

Hi Robert,
The awards count your hrs divided by sim rate, so a 10hr flight with a sim rate of X2 will award you 5 hrs, hope this helps and I'll link the WIKI page for more info
