A number of pilots are not recieving e-mails to varify their accounts or to reset passwords
Please help

Confirmed. The same problem. Payed for platinum, but unable to fly due to failed e-mail verification.

We have the same problem, and I have oponed tickets, write email to Konrad, and now I see this post without answer since September... What is happening with FSAIrlines?, are we abandoned?. Maybe is time to look for another platform to manage our airlines...

I have the same problem, I reactivated my account and I do not get the new password
