message from EasternHops Va

So now we are all wondering how long before they will let us know what's going on now that the main site being hacked (if they even know). Its seems fsairlines staff administration dont do much posting, its seems they must be bored or doing other things and don't care anymore but still take our money each year. It would be nice just to see if you guys are still alive?? Say something on Facebook here in the forums somewhere. I know we all have lives to live but wow say something to your va groups let us you guys are still living .....

I have to agree! the support and staff situation is ridiculous. For some of us that pay for the service its ridiculous.

DO NOT believe the client when it says to download new version!!!!!

This could be hacker's way to insert virus into your system.

Konny and I are already working on this. Hopefully we will plug the wholes ASAP.

Thanks Joe! Client upon flight completion and submssion says it is old version, download new one. Sure looks like a virus trap to me.

I removed the references any new client and verified that the client on the server has not been modified.

Thanks for the recovery Joe, But what is going to happen with the support system? 3 months for a response to something is simply terrible.

Yes I concur the recovery was very prompt now hopefully it will bleed over to other departments of FSAirlines.net
