Inactive Account

HI
I would like to find the way to re-active my account, every time that i try to log in, a message come out as "Couldn't set cookie

Wrong Password or User doesn't exist". and if i try to recover my password with my email says "The entered e-mail address was not found.", can someone help me i wouldn't loose my advances on the fsairlines acct.
