I know you are probably real busy in your guys personal life but you guys need to remember you guys charge for a service... You guys need to take time and respond to our support tickets. 4 are pending and my pilots are getting frustrated. please let us all know if you guys are alive

I can't speak for the rest of the support and development team, however, I can tell you that I was out in the real world with my own issues and have also been spending the past six months getting my Private AMEL, Instrument, CMEL and CSEL.
