Hi Chaps,
One of our pilots, Geoff Price - CBF226, has just done a training flight in the DC3 (CNBT360 EGCC-EGNT) and has got a 'landing light on above FL100' penalty. He maintains his cruise altitude for the flight was around 3000ft. The route info for the flight shows his max alt above ground was around 1500ft yet his alt ASL peaked at over 10000ft. He was using real weather as far as I know and had the pressure set accordingly.
The flight profile looks all wrong for a DC3.. especially the speed of his climb to the reported 10000ft which appears to have been done in 8mins!!
Can this flight be checked please as I fear he may have picked up the 5% penalty erroniously.

Landing light above FL100 penalty
Re: Landing light above FL100 penalty
Hi Team
Further investigation into this has highlighted our pilot had Metres set as his default when flying the DC3. I really don't know why, perhaps we'll never know but this explains why when he thought he was flying at 3000ft, he was actually flying at 3000mtrs hence he flagged a LL penalty for FL100.
