Is FSA support working? Two weeks replies status isn't changing and new airport to add request without answer.

i have the same problem like you. I am a registered user, paying money every month and I get no answer in the forum.
A support ticket needed several days, too.
I am nearly one year member and I am sorry but the service went bad and bad.
Of course I know there is a real life.
There are some known bugs in fsairlines.net (known since months) but nothing happens to fix them.
Dont understand me wrong - its a great platform - but the fun factor is slowing down when such things happens.

All,
Just to give you an update:
-Both myself and Joe have had some changes in our real-life. I personally moved to Phoenix and started flight school so we are trying to balance our real-lives along with FSA.
-I do intend to have a little more time for FSA so that our ticket and reviewed flight time should decrease.
Please do not send in additional tickets just to point out that your previous one has not been answered. There are currently 107 open tickets (the most open since I became an admin) and I am working through them time permitting.
We previously had a stated time of 48 hours for ticket response, however, this is very difficult to maintain currently due to real life. As such, please be advised, our standard response time will increase to 48 hours for flight reviews and 72 hours for ticket response.
Hopefully this will help and we will be able to provide the level of support you are looking for.
