Hello there,
Ten days ago a member of Aegean Wings informed me that many routes from KJFK suddenly disappeared from the database! (I can confirm nobody put his hand on it)
Except that, every time I am trying to reinsert the routes nothing happens. No flights at all... no booking!
I used the support page and submitted the issue but I am not sure if anything went smooth cause it was the first time I made a use of that.
Any help or advice is much appreciated!

I answered your support ticket. The flights probably just require the wrong aircraft types.
