Edit Flightplan problem

Hiya,
I'm the CEO of our va Brussels Busy Jet, and just recently whenever I try to add aircraft to our current flightplans, it comes back with, sorry you are unaurtherised to visit this page!
Anyone else had this issue, or have a solution?
Incidentally the aircraft type I was trying to Add was the RJ100 added to flight plans already available fotr the 146-300 (B463)

You need to select ALL flights in the box at the bottom of the list

I've tried that, and checked that all are selected, but that didn't change the results of my actions...

I've just tried again and all worked successfully... how bizzarre!
