I ended my flight around 11:30pm local time (630 GMT) and discovered it had uploaded twice. It also showed the flight as still booked. I clicked on the flight overview of the duplicate and requested it be reviewed by an administrator.
No sooner had I done that when suddenly the duplicate flight and the "booking" disappeared from the airline overview screen.
I must have ended the flight and uploaded right in the middle of the daily update and the flight upload got caught in the swirl of update data.
Please disregard the request for flight review, sorry about that.
To all pilots out there who might experience this issue at/around 630 GMT: DON'T DO ANYTHING! DON'T TRY TO UPLOAD THE FLIGHT AGAIN FROM THE CLIENT (which I didn't ... but the client blinked twice when I clicked NEXT). I now remember a post about this quite some time ago, but it still bears mentioning for the new guys.
Just go grab a cup of coffee and a quick sandwich and by the time you get back, all will be fine with the data.
A lesson I learned well tonight.
