Are the flights still in your airline's schedule (Crew Center -> Virtual Airline -> Flightplan)? And have you double-checked if you have the correct type-rating, there's the appropriate airplane at the departure airport and that your rank allows to use the fleet the airplane is in?

No New Bugs..... 
One of our Regional Managers accidentally deleted our entire flight database (several thousand flights) except 6 flights. And wouldn't you know I never took the time to learn how to batch save.
Sigh ....
But I've learned how to batch upload and will now be exporting every Friday! Live and Learn.....
