I recently discovered a bug in the support ticket system. When I write a ticket about "...something else...", the entered text is obviously not transmitted to FS Airlines. When I open that ticket in the following ticket list it is empty as if I entered no text at all. Please fix.
Btw the problem I wanted to submit is about the XML-Interface:
The XML-Function "getPilotData" does not return the proper values for the attribute "picture".
For every pilot I tried the return value is "pics/pilots/0.jpg" which is a placeholder image.

You have to use a browser other than IE9 to be able to send a support ticket,but i agree it is time it was fixed.
