Your support system doesn't want to work.
Every time i send a ticket it comes out blank. Even on other accounts on other PC's the same is happening. Not just creating new tickets but also replying to them also does the same.
We are trying to use your integration xml kit. Apparently we have already been put on your database but we are still getting restricted access. We used the wiki sample code. You can see the result here: http://www.brs-international.co.uk/test.php
This is slowing us down greatly now as we wish to get our website up and running with you guys for the back end.

To use the support ticket you will have to use Firefox browser or some other browser other than IE9.
IE9 is not fully compatible yet,and while you are using another browser take a look at the main site ,you will see lots of things you have probably never seen before.Hope this helps.
