Hello

No, you are not alone, i'm experiencing the same problem right now. It is unpossible to launch my flight because it keeps saying that i did'nt book any flight... But i did... So i'm stucked...
From what i saw on this forum, support team needs the form i wrote down here.

I hope i did'nt forget anything.

There are only 18 pilots flying now according to the flight monitor.

Amazing. The ticket I wrote was closed without a comment. If that's the way problems are dealt with here, I don't see any use in paying for that ...

My support ticket is still open with no reply.I think it started to go pear-shaped last night when the Data-base backs up.

My support ticket about this subject remains unanswered and neither me nor any of my members are able to fly and people are complaining to me about this.
Thinking about the fact that we pay for this really makes me re-consider to keep using FSA or not

Especially because none of the admins feels responsible to put a statement into this post. People wouldn't get angry, if they knew, the problem is known and the team is working on solving it.
