FSA Web Site - Mixture of English and Arabic text?

I have noticed over the last few days that when I go to the FSA website there is a mixture of English text and what - to my untrained eye - looks like some sort of Arabic font. Initially I thought it was due to my works PC having a bit of a mare but the same thing has happened on my home PC. Do I presume this is happening to other people too? (Screenshot attached).

when i look in the right top corner where you can set the language of the website i see a white square around the arabian flag
when i go the website i see the white square on the english flag.
I think somehow you misclicked in language and selected the arabic language
