UMMM WTF!

Ok so I did it many different ways after reading. I am using FSX and turning on the client before im at airport and when im at airport. It says not started im using the only version 2.0 help please?

You should be starting the client AFTER you start flightsim and are at the airport and preparing for flight.

Also, make sure that you have the client setup properly. If you are not using FSUIPC, make sure that your client is not set to use only FSUIPC.
