cant access site

for some reason, IE wont open up the site. i get to the main page and click login and it takes me to the next page, but its blank with no va ad or the "continue login" button.

however firefox is working

I had the same problem with IE8 while trying access the site yesterday - but I got in with FireFox. Just now I tried logging in with FireFox and I can't get in. Click on "log in" and nothing happens.

I can load my VA info page but cannot book flights or load fleet page or anything else... all I can do is look at my VA info. Lovely.

In terms of booking flights, I've been going in through the Web Integration Pack and then clicking on the Belongings link which from there I can access the Book Flight option using FF. Unsure about IE.

Hm, we didn't change anything yesterday and unfortunately I don't have much time at the moment. Hopefully I'll be able to fix that tomorrow in the morning.

Just to let you know that I just now tried both IE8 and FF (Win XP) and I can't log into the site using either of them.

I logged in OK using FF and winxp in the UK so must be some sort of locality problem.

I do not have a paid account and I will not have, because the quality of your service fell down from the first of January this year, and had be better than ever.

did you already tried to login via Firefox or maybe google chrome?

I have no problem whatsoever with FF use, same with some others who responded here.

I do confirm that it's not working with IE8, but since i have FF as alternative i'n not complaining. There are more websites in the world who acts different depending on the browser use.

not to be blunt, but imo the paid account comment is a bit overreacting.

I also think if we put things more friendly in the forums, the guys who support it, will have more fun in supporting instead of all the threats and complaints etc.

Why do you even fly here if you don't like the service? Then just go I guess...? These people are trying to do their best to run this program and make flying even more fun for you and you're just flaming them, they also have a life just like you do. Very poor comment.



Just to be on-topic now:

I've also got problems when I fly, then my FSX crashes when I run FSA, got this since yesterday, anyone else got the same problen?
