Aircraft Problem

Hello. I have a B733(737-300QC) in my company and i fly with it. But in my fsx, i can't see the plane B733 and i'm using B737-800. I wanna use B733 so i downloaded B733 by mtl installer. I can play that plane but i can't see it's panel not. What should i do? Is this normal?

Edit: there's no instrumant panel installed.

Sounds as if you are missing the guage files.

As far as I know is the mtl installer for AI aircraft only, installed for use with IVAO.
You will have to look for third party developers like Wilco, PMDG or else for a proper 733 model.
