"Grounded" aircraft

Post by AlexiZ » Thu Sep 03, 2009 9:12 am

Hi!

One of our aircrafts has been founded in "grounded" state in URKK. The PiC that brought the aircraft from UUDD to this airport is not able to book it, because of this state. What might be the solution? Thanks

Hi,

Your aircraft is freee for booking now. Aircraft are automatically grounded when a flight is flagged due to suspicious fuel but there was a bug in the coding to 'release' the aircraft post review. The bug was recognised after a couple of days and has since been fixed. There may be a few a/c that are still grounded but we release them for booking when alerted.

That's right, I've noticed that line saying "suspicious" fuel. Thanks for your feedback!
