Hi,

Something's not quite right, the booked flight 'ticket' on your profile page is missing much detail when I view it. I would suggest you cancel the flight and try rebooking it and see if the ticket on your profile page looks any better.

Hi,

Curious why you have the sig for Tariq? Ref your booked flight I still see an odd looking 'ticket' on your profile. If you still can't fly the route, I wonder if there is a problem with your flightplan? Try making another flightplan for the route just with the one aircraft type and see if that works. If it does it points to a problem with the flightplan.

ok i have done that will try that flight tomorrow, have also re-booked that flight with a diffrent flight number and only 1 A/C

Me and tariq share this account as Im the CEO and he is the Vice CEO we just have a shared account for the airline, saves making a couple of accounts which wont get used that often.

Just thought of another thing that called be wrong.. is there something wrong with the longitude/latitude? or any settings to do with Brisbane Intl (YBBN)

Thanks for the help, hopefully this time it will work.

Hi Harry,

No, the lat/lon is fine, other folk are getting in/out no problem as are some of your other flights. If you open the debug.out file with notepad you should be able to see your last log in and attempt to fly. You'll have to scroll right to the bottom if it's a big file as the latest entries are down there. If a wrong airport is detected it should say where it thinks you are. Here is an example of what you will see, I have a booked flight ex EGLL but deliberately placed myself at EGNX :-

15.5.2009 - 21:19:22.862 Debug: [CUserInterface] Could not start flight! Airports not matching. (Expected=EGLL Current=EGNX)

If you get the wrong airport message, go to the debug file and copy/paste that line so we can see what's going on.

ok,

i have just had a look at the debug and looking at what ou said to, there is the problam what you said there would be,

Could not start flight! Airports not matching. (Expected=YBBN Current=VEVZ)

but the thing is, on VA Overview it says im at YBBN (Brisbane Intl)

How does it get fixed?

Thanks for the help hopefully i can get flying on FSA Very soon.

ok, it let me do a couple of flights but now it had come back to the same problem, of wrong airport im at the right airport (Australian Coast To Coast Virtual Airlines ACC001 Harry Cumo) and i have booked a flight and stuff, but when i went to start a flight it says 'wrong airport' so i went back and bought a ticket to the same airport i was at YPGV but then restarted the flight still the same message, look at the debug a couple of times and it has put me back at the same airport as before VEVZ, thats like some where in India, ill paste the debug below:

Debug: [CUserInterface] Could not start flight! Airports not matching. (Expected=YPGV Current=VEVZ)

Getting confusing now, lol

Hi Harry,

OK, buying a ticket isn't going to solve anything as the website is reporting you at the right airport. The problem seems to be with the client reading your sim location. Just out of interest are you starting the client before you get into the aircraft? If you are then I suggest and recommend that you get yourself set ready to fly in your cockpit before you start the client. When you start the sim what is your default start point? Do you start from a saved fligh? If you do I suggest you start with a newly created flight for each new situation/flight on FSAirlines and see if that cures your problems. When I fire up my sim it takes me to the create a flight page with a default Cessna at EGNX. I change the aircraft/airport to suit, select 'fly now' and then I launch the client after that. Another thing you could try, I see you are using FSUIPC. Go grab a fresh download of FSUIPC and replace the DLL in case the one you are currently using has become corrupt somehow.

I have the same problem:

Code: Select all

20.5.2009 - 22:46:58.106 Debug: [CUserInterface] Could not start flight! Airports not matching. (Expected=SVVA Current=VEVZ)
Already was installed fresh copy of FSUIPC

Hi,

Make sure you are in your cockpit of the aircraft ready to fly and at the correct airport before you start the client and see if that helps.

Well I already solve it, but making this:

Not reinstall FSUIPC over installation... You need delete manually fsuipc.dll file (in modules folder of course) and then you can install a fresh copy of FSUIPC. Thats work for me.
