Post by NAI001 » Tue Apr 21, 2009 9:39 pm

Hi admins, pilots and users,

question, one of my pilots have a big problem! He still have booked a flights, everyone can see that he booked this flight, but when entering the client, it says "No flight booked"...

Whats the problem?

He gave me his user data, I tried to check this problem, and there was no problem... then we checked the client, I send him the working one from my pc... no chance, "No flight booked"...

So we need help...

Thanks to all, and have a nice evening....

Hi,

It sounds very much like your pilot may have a duplicate account and he is logging onto the website with one account and logging onto the client with another. If he looks in the folder where his client is he should see a configuration settings file which he can open with notepad. He can see there what his user name and pw is if he has the client set to log in automatically. If it's different to his website log-in then he needs to delete any duplicate accounts and log in with his one allowed account.

On top of what John said, advise the pilot to make sure his internet is working.

Thanks for answering!

He still has just one account! He gave me his access-data for the client, and I´m wondering, 'cause I can see the booked flight! His web still is working fine!

Any Ideas?

Hi,

This does seem odd. Is his booking still there or has it expired by now? If you say you can log onto the client using his user/pw then the a/c is OK. The only thing I can suggest is that he delete all current client files and download a new copy and start afresh. This has helped some pilots in the past when odd things happen.

Hi,

i am the pilot who have the problem with the client.
I have download again the client but the problem still works again.

Maybe it is important to tell that i am online with an surf stick via UMTS respectively HSDPA.
Every program works fine. Only one problem are with "VATroute". I cant prefile my flightplan.

Maybe i have some problems with my connect via HSDPA???

I am using windows XP pro. The client doesnt work with any other system on my pc.

Thanks and Regards from germany
