penalty ovespeed

hi, iwas fly eddf -orbs and when i reach 10000 ft we mantain 240 knt but in a few seconds i reach 10700 ft up 240 knt when receive the warning wich i receive overspeed under 10000ft.
well the true is i speed up after 10700ft some explanation?

Hi,

The overspeed penalty is active when you are below 10,000ft at standard altimeter setting 1013mb/29.91in. If you are not at standard alt setting then you can possibly incur the penalty.
