Plane still booked after pilot quit

Post by jonathan12341234 » Sat Jan 31, 2009 6:30 pm

Hi!
Our B738 OY-NIZ is booked, even though the pilot booked it, has quit our VA.
This means that we can't fly the plane..
The pilot's name: Mads Andersen (I think he deleted his FSAirlines profile)
Looking forward to get the plane back. :D

Happy Flights

Ok, I don't know if an admin has fixed this, anyways: the plane is back now.
Whoever fixed it: thank you :)

I think there is a 24 hour time out so if the flight has not been finished within that time (online of offline) the flight is canceled and returned to the avalible stock

Im guessing that is what might have happened here

Yeah, I know, just think that there went more than 24 hours...
Anyways, we got the plane back

Good day,

well we have still the same Problem!!!

Airline: North Air Virtual Airline
ID: 5987
Flght-No: NAI99
Route: LEMD - EDDH
Aircraft: Boeing 737-700
Registration: D-AQQL

Pilots Name: Alexander Schmitke
Pilots-Id: 19220

The pilot quited, after booking this flight, two or three days ago. I guess he won´t fly again on FSA, so delete him.

I hope one off the Admins can hel us???

Thanks for answering!!

I'll let the admins handle the rest, but remember:

You can't just request a pilot deleted without reason ;)

Please submit a support ticket and it will be dealt with and the aircraft returned. Additionally, make sure that the support ticket includes the information that the pilot quit two to three days ago.

Thank You,
