Just wondered what the determination for the airport "size" category is? I recently submitted Block Island State Airport (KBID) and Plum Island Airport (2B2). Both are showing as Private/Military with zero passengers. I know that there are scheduled flights to/from KBID. It would be great to have some passengers for 2B2 as well because the new scenery for FSX by Bill Womack is amazing.

It is determined by 3 factors - total length of runways, the population around the airport, and number of nearby airports. The largest airport in the area will get the most passengers and successively lower as size decreases, but only a certain total number of people will be available for a given area on a given day.
