'Marked as cheat' Without Cheating!

I'm CEO of LEA - Low Price Europe Airline.
My pilot Thomas Pallesen lately flew 2 flight, they got marked as cheat.
I have talked to him, and I KNOW he was not cheating! We think it's a bug in the client (As far as I know, he is using V.1.1.4, FSUIPC4, and FSX)
The two flights caused us to loose over 200.000.000v$, and I'm just really sad...
Is it really true that, without ANY kind of cheat, a VA can loose over 200.000.000v$, in just one day?!
At least, could we get some of the money back, we really worked hard for them
Ohh and by the way, I think it's wrong that VA's loose money, when flights get deleted, it should just delete the profit as well, not cost more money

Well, the problem of those two flights were the fuel/flight time values. From RJAA to EKCH ( distance 4400nm ) you need way more than 3000kg/0.2h (first flight) and 22000kg/2.5h (second flight). I don't know where these values might come from if he didn't just use the FS's "change location" function. If that's not the reason, we must find out where else the problem comes from. Maybe he doesn't end the flight properly. Having set the parking brakes at the arrival airport you must switch to the Client and press the "end flight" button without touching the FS anymore. You also must be sure that "pause sim on application change" is deactivated in the general FS settings.

Yes, I already told him about the 'Pause On task Switch' and so on, and I'm very sure he would not change location, really, I don't know why he should do that! Also, because he used simrate, the flight was showed as booked flight the most of the time, but from the time where he told me (In MSN) he took off, to the time he told me, he touched down, there was way more than 11 minutes! And by the way, have a look at the other flight as well...really hope you can help, 200.000.000v$ is (at least for a new VA as us) a LOT of money to loose

ok, I deleted the flight revenues, but I'm afraid I can't do more until I don't know where this values might come from if not caused by the user.

If he's using FSRealTime of another program that synchronizes the FS time and System time "live", this can cause the flight time issue he's reporting. The fuel issue is another problem altogether.

This was happening to us a TON as well, until I posted this on our forums and started making sure the guys paid attention to it.

Well, that's a different thing. If you use SimConnect it seems like the hours sometimes are the correct hours - 24h. I think I found the reason for this and it should be fixed with the next release, but it would be interesting to know how often this happens when using SimConnect.

Ok guys, we might have solved the problem...

We went through the whole procedure, gate to gate, once again, and he re-downloadet the client, and it seems to work.
