Client V1.1.4 cant connect

A few of the pilots working for my VA are asking me why cant they connect, the 1 thing they all have i common is that they have the client versian 1.1.4 the latest 1. is this just an isolated problem or are other players in other VA's having this problem

Its ok its stated working for them, ill test it myself when i land from doing this flight useing client V1.1.3
